Visa application process
You likely need to apply for either a visitor visa (also known as a Temporary Resident Visa [TRV]) or an electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter the country.

Note that lawful residents of the US also have additional proof of status documentation that must be provided upon entry.

Official estimates can extend upwards of 5 months. These should be taken as highly conservative estimates and does not include lead times to schedule appointments.
